All non reserved rooms that were pre-booked as an ISOCARP Group booking with special reduced prices until 31 July 2007 are taken back by the below hotels. As per 1 August, these Hotels handle their normal room prices.

PER 1 AUGUST 2007, ISOCARP or the City of Antwerp can no longer assist in possible reservations.
Participants having made their reservations – in time - through the initially offered services of the City of Antwerp have received a confirmation on 1 August 2007. they are staying in:

For all confirmed reservations made until 31st July 2007, the following CANCELLATION RATES AND PROCEDURES apply:
Notification of cancellation of hotel bookings must be sent in writing to ISOCARP (isocarp@isocarp.org)
Possible refunds will be processed after the event.
- Cancellation rates for Theater Hotel:
* Cancellations received up to and including 45 days before the first reserved hotel night: 70 % refund
* Cancellations received up to and including 30 days before the first reserved hotel night: 50 % refund
* Cancellations received up to and including 14 days before the first reserved hotel night: 25 % refund
* No-show and cancellations received less than 14 days beforehand: no refund

- Cancellation rates for IBIS Hotel and Billard Hotel:
* Cancellations received up to and including 30 days before the first reserved hotel night: 100% refund
* No-show and cancellations received less than 30 days beforehand: no refund
