UPATs: ISOCARP Urban Planning Advisory Teams
The objective of an ISOCARP Urban Planning Advisory Team (UPAT) is to offer the extensive planning experience and expertise of ISOCARP members for international planning projects, programmes and policies. The UPAT is a ‘bottom-up‘ initative that activates the members of ISOCARP who highlight UPAT opportunities, and find sponsorship.

Awards
A special network ISOCARP activity is the bestowal of awards to highlight planning and network activities. These ISOCARP awards are the Gerd Albers Award, the ISOCARP Awards for Excellence and the Routledge Poster Prize.
